1. General Overview
Dash Art House provides custom apparel, DTF transfers, gang sheets, and related printing services. All purchases made through this site are subject to the terms below, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund/Exchange Policy.
2. Website Use
You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that may harm Dash Art House, our customers, or our systems. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the site at our discretion.
3. Ordering Policy
Custom and DTF Orders
By uploading artwork or requesting a custom design, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the artwork OR
- You have permission to use it
Dash Art House is not responsible for copyright violations caused by customer-provided designs.
Production Times
Standard production time is 24–48 hours.
Gang Sheet Orders
All gang sheets must be final before printing. Dash Art House is not responsible for:
- Low-resolution artwork
- Customer formatting errors
- Incorrect sizing or layout by the customer
We print artwork exactly as submitted.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit/debit cards
- PayPal
- DashCash (in-store rewards credit)
Orders must be paid in full before they enter production.
5. Shipping & Local Pickup
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and location.
Local pickup is available when listed. Customers must ensure pickup availability before arrival.
Dash Art House is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
6. DashCash Rewards Program
DashCash is our rewards program that gives customers 5% back on qualifying orders. By participating, you agree to the following:
Earning DashCash
- Earn 5% back on purchases of $50 or more (subtotal).
- Rewards are added once an order is marked Processing or Completed.
- DashCash is not earned on taxes, shipping, or the portion of an order paid using DashCash.
Redeeming DashCash
- DashCash can be used toward future purchases on DashArtHouse.com.
- It cannot be redeemed for cash.
- It cannot be transferred to another account.
- DashCash can be used with most coupon codes.
Refunds & Adjustments
- If an order is refunded, DashCash earned from that order will be deducted.
- DashCash spent on a refunded order will be returned to the customer’s account.
Program Changes
Dash Art House may modify or discontinue the program at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, graphics, designs, text, and content on DashArtHouse.com are property of Dash Art House and may not be used without permission.
Customer designs remain the property of the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dash Art House is not responsible for:
- Improper use of printed items
- Customer-supplied artwork issues
- Losses caused by delayed shipping carriers
- Errors due to incorrect customer information
Dash Art House’s liability is limited to the cost of the order in question.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before production has started.
Once printing begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
10. Changes to Terms
Dash Art House may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
