We want you to love your order. Because Dash Art House specializes in custom printing, the following policies apply to all orders.
1. Custom & DTF Orders Are Non-Refundable
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom apparel, DTF transfers, and gang sheets are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless there is a printing error caused by Dash Art House.
We cannot refund orders for:
- Incorrect sizing submitted by the customer
- Low-quality artwork uploaded
- Ordering the wrong product
- Customer design mistakes
- Color differences caused by screen vs print
2. Our Responsibility: Printing Errors
If we make a mistake (such as wrong size print, incorrect design placement, or quality defects), we will:
- Reprint the item at no cost
OR - Issue store credit (DashCash or standard credit)
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Photo proof is required.
3. Gang Sheet Policy
Gang sheets are printed exactly as uploaded.
We do not adjust:
- Sizing
- Colors
- Placement
- Resolution
- Layering
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure artwork is correct before placing the order.
Once printed, gang sheets cannot be refunded or remade unless the print quality is defective.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if production has not started.
Once ink meets film or apparel, the order is final.
5. Shipping Issues
Dash Art House is not responsible for:
- Delays by USPS, UPS, or other carriers
- Packages marked as “Delivered”
- Lost or stolen items after delivery
Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
6. Local Pickup
Pickup orders must be collected during the posted hours.
Unclaimed orders will be held for 30 days.
7. DashCash Refund Handling
If an order is refunded:
- Earned DashCash will be deducted
- DashCash used on the order will be returned to your wallet
